SDS Escalator Handrail Completed Production Inspection & Order Delivery

  This week, SDS model elevator handrails of Shanghai Linzhi Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. have completed the whole process production inspection. Finished products are neatly packed, and this order is being delivered.

  The SDS series handrail is a special model optimized and customized for escalator operation scenarios. It adopts high-quality raw materials and is produced in strict accordance with industry safety specifications.

  The whole processes including raw material mixing, extrusion molding, cooling setting, tension detection and finished product coiling packaging are completed integrally in our standardized production workshop. The whole process quality inspection is controllable to ensure adaptation to escalator operating conditions.

  From extrusion molding on workshop production line, regular coiling and winding to supporting packaging, every procedure strictly controls packaging specifications to ensure safe long-distance transportation of products.
